What xSolia manages
Built to manage the gaps between an idea and a delivered product.
01
Source
Match each project with partners suited to its product, quantity, and requirements.
02
Sample
Confirm artwork, materials, dimensions, and workmanship before production.
03
Check
Establish project-specific approval points and quality checks.
04
Deliver
Coordinate packaging, shipping documentation, and delivery communication.
How it works
Six steps from request to delivery.
Every project follows the same sequence, so you always know what has been agreed, what is next and who is responsible.
STEP 1
Submit
Share your logo or artwork, sample photos, quantity, purpose, target date and delivery location.
STEP 2
Review
We check project fit, missing information and any regulatory concerns before sourcing begins.
STEP 3
Source & Quote
We match suitable partners and send a quote that states its assumptions and what is not included.
STEP 4
Sample & Approve
You approve a physical sample or digital proof. Production starts only after that approval.
STEP 5
Produce & Check
Production is followed against the approved sample, with the checks agreed for your project.
STEP 6
Deliver & Support
We coordinate packaging, shipping documents and delivery, and follow up if something needs to be resolved.
Transparency
Clear about how products are made.
xSolia does not present partner facilities as company-owned factories. We select and coordinate manufacturing partners based on the needs of each project. Manufacturing location, applicable certifications, and country of origin are confirmed on a project-specific basis.
Confirmed with you for each project
- Manufacturing location and country of origin
- Applicable certifications, and who holds them
- Materials, finishes, dimensions and packaging
- Sample approval and the quality checks that follow
- Quantity, timing and delivery terms in the written quote
FAQ
Questions buyers ask first.
Not covered here? Email contact@xsolia.com or send an RFQ with your question.
Does xSolia own a factory?
No. xSolia is a Texas-registered sourcing and supply company. Manufacturing is performed by selected partner facilities. We manage supplier selection, sampling, quality checkpoints and delivery coordination, and we do not present partner facilities as our own.
What information is needed for a quote?
The product type, a short description of what you need, an estimated quantity, your target delivery date and the delivery city or ZIP code. Logos, artwork, reference photos or an existing sample help us quote accurately. Material preference and budget are optional but useful.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. A physical sample or a digital proof is part of our standard process, and production starts only after you approve it. Whether a physical sample is practical for your item, and what it costs, is confirmed in the quote.
Do you have a standard MOQ?
No. Minimum order quantities depend on the product, material, process and partner, so we confirm the MOQ for your project in the quote. Smaller initial runs are sometimes possible; if they are not, we will tell you plainly.
Can you match an existing product or sample?
Often, yes. Send photos, dimensions and any details of the existing item. We review whether it can be reproduced responsibly and tell you what can and cannot be matched. We only work with designs, logos and trademarks that you have the right to use.
How are quality requirements confirmed?
Before production we document the approved sample or proof, the key specifications and the checks for your project, such as artwork, color, dimensions, finish, quantity and packaging. Checks are agreed project by project rather than offered as a blanket guarantee.
Where are products manufactured?
It depends on the project and the partner selected. The manufacturing location and country of origin are confirmed with you before the order is placed.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. Delivery to U.S. addresses is the focus of our work. The shipping method, timing and cost depend on the project and are confirmed in the quote.
Have a logo, sample, or product idea?
Send the basics. We will review fit, quantity, timing, and the information needed for a responsible quote.
